“ Nice and affordable japanese high tea! Had a good time and ate with friends. There's three tiers of plates for the high tea option. Savoury options in the bottom plate tiers going up to sweet desserts. The friendly staff explained the options to us as well. A good experience would go again. As this is a desserts high tea just know it will have some sweets and you can order some savoury food on the side if needed. ”
“ Overall: 5/7 Went for lunch on a workday and wouldn’t say it’s the most practical choice - they’re just way too understaffed and service is too slow. BUT, the food is fantastically delicate and really feels respectful of the quality ingredients they use. Definitely worth a visit for dinner / weekend. Chicken karage: 7/7 This is amazing - super crispy, juicy, good consistency of batter… must get here. Gyoza: 5/7 Some of the best gyoza I’ve had. Skin is a lot thicker than other places and actually holds shape… yum Salmon teriyaki bento: 5/7 Super delicate and the salmon is perfectly cooked to being tender. The teriyaki isn’t the thick, overpowering type typically seen in more westernised places. Strawberry rabbit dessert: 5/7 They’ll struggle to cleanly demould it… so be careful if ordering this for a gift. But taste wise, delicious. Good balance of tart and sweet. ”
“ Sun 21st sept 2025 64 of us unsw society members booked the entire restaurant 12-3pm for high tea event and it was phenomenal! All the sweet and savoury were delicious and such pretty presentation! Upstairs had Dim lit fairy lights which set a beautiful setting despite the small cramped space ”

Service: The staff are very friendly. Price & Value: Prices are on the higher side (considering each dish size) Atmosphere & Ambiance: The restaurant is quite small, but the dessert café upstairs is spacious. Overall: This is my go-to place whenever I’m craving chicken katsu. ”
